Grape is a fascinating, beautiful, chaotic jungle of stimuli. Music, crowds, light, night, sleep deprivation, emotion — and sometimes something more. A festival is literally a space of altered states of consciousness, a place where people naturally step outside their everyday identity and explore the limits of their own experience. And it's precisely there that it matters to be able to find your way within yourself — to recognize your own limits, and to know how to make your way safely back.
The platform ksebe.sk comes to Grape openly and with expertise, as a guide through the jungle. Without pathos or moralizing, with people who know this jungle both from the inside and the outside.

Moderated by Alexandra Fabianová.
Alexandra is Business & Partnership Manager at ksebe.sk, and someone who experiences this topic from the opposite end. She's never tried anything herself, and she stopped drinking alcohol because it wasn't good for her mentally — which is exactly why she asks her questions out of genuine curiosity rather than moral superiority. At Grape, she's moderating the discussion she herself once needed to hear.
In collaboration with ksebe.sk, a platform for mental health and wellbeing.
