At the Mythical ZOO, we don't only encounter creatures from fantasy. One of the strangest of them today, we carry around in our pocket. AI is something between a tool, a friend, a diary, a therapist, and a mirror. It's always available, it doesn't judge, it never gets tired, and it often feels safer than a human. That's partly why people confide things in it that they might not tell anyone else.
During this festival talk, Magdaléna Kajan will explore why we feel so open with AI, what gives us that sense of safety, and where its risks begin. It will touch on loneliness, shame, the need to be heard, digital intimacy — and also on why AI can be a good first step toward taking care of your mental health, though it shouldn't replace real relationships or therapy.
